Partners in Construction, Inc. has a dynamic history rooted in construction. Our story began more than 20 years ago with the birth of Austin Windstorm Construction, installing hurricane components on new residential homes as part of a new and growing industry requirement.

         As the business grew, so did our areas of interest; from building production homes in the Greater Houston Area to maintaining certifications in building, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and energy codes, we have always elected to evolve as a construction company. Dalco Roofing, our sister company, was established to create a scalable business that could reach markets outside Austin Windstorm Construction's coastal limitations. Today, Dalco stands as one of the largest roofing contractors in Houston, with operations expanding into new markets, including Austin, San Antonio, Dallas, Fortworth, Rio Grand Valley, Louisiana, and Alabama.

          Our experience with home building and construction management helped us carve a path into working with various government programs(including Restore Louisiana, TX GLO, and work with HUD and FEMA in multiple states). We focus on completing high-level disaster relief/rehab projects in record time, with safety and satisfaction always being the utmost priority.
